*Responsibilities*
* Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
* Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
* Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping as needed.
* Provide clerical support by preparing reports, managing correspondence, and assisting with data entry tasks.
* Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support office functions.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
* Assist with other administrative duties as required to ensure efficient office operations.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in front desk management with a welcoming demeanor.
* Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable for financial management tasks.
* Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
* Competence in using Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
