You belong at Dome Productions'OverviewThe Senior Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling freelance crew positions for events in a timely and cost effective manner. They will also be involved in long term master planning of events. This position delivers a constantly high level of efficient and timely client service, communication and responsiveness to all internal and external clients/partners. Responsibilities? In a timely manner, prepare and distribute monthly schedules for all crew? Respond to changes and revise schedules accordingly, for distribution? Liase with production managers and Technical Producers to ensure crewing of events is carried out as far in advance as possible? Liase with travel coordinators to ensure all travel is booked in a timely and efficient manner and to take advantage of available savings? Build and maintain strong working relationships with freelancers and internal staff? Effectively communicate with crew for all event related bookings, conflicts and long range planning? Escalate issues when problems/issues arrive for resolution to the satisfaction of all key stakeholders? A comprehensive understanding of client's properties and technical requirements? Ability to perform administrative tasks as needed? Facilitate hiring operators through operations manager? Provide leadership and mentorship to the team? Ability to take lead in long term master planning of events at a high level? Ability to understand overall workflow and work independently ? Due to the 24 / 7 / 365 nature of our business, must be willing to address emergencies as they arise occasionally during off hours and on weekends? Follow and enforce Dome Productions current work and travel policies, as they relate to freelancersQualifications and Competencies Required? Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience ?
