<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>General Accountabilities</strong></p><p> </p><p>• Perform routine cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces</p><p>• Deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas</p><p>• Clean office spaces and commercial buildings (after hours or early mornings)</p><p>• Follow detailed cleaning checklists for each location</p><p>• Notify management of any issues, damages, or supply needs</p><p>• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients and team members</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><p>Valid <strong>driver's license</strong></p><p>Reliable <strong>vehicle</strong> to get to job sites</p><p>Ability to travel within (GTA)</p><p>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for long periods</p><p>Strong attention to detail and time management</p><p>Able to work independently and in a team</p><p>Must pass a criminal background check</p><p>Available to work weekdays and weekends</p><p> </p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Attention to Detail</strong> - You notice the small things that make a big difference.</p><p><strong>Punctuality</strong> - Reliable and always on time.</p><p><strong>Time Management</strong> - Can clean thoroughly and efficiently within scheduled time frames.</p><p><strong>Customer Service</strong> - Friendly and respectful to clients and their spaces.</p><p><strong>Initiative</strong> - Takes ownership of tasks without needing constant supervision.</p><p><strong>Adaptability</strong> - Comfortable switching between residential homes and commercial properties.</p><p><strong>Integrity & Trustworthiness</strong> - Works with honesty, especially in unsupervised environments.</p><p><strong>Team Player</strong> - Can work well with other cleaners or solo when needed.</p><p><strong>Basic Knowledge of Cleaning Products</strong> - Knows or is willing to learn proper use of chemicals and equipment.</p></div>Company Description<div>We are a fast-growing cleaning company that provides top-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.
