<strong>Job Summary</strong><p>To support our growth and improve operational efficiency, ProduceTech is seeking a Parts and Warehouse Manager. Reporting to the Operations Director, this individual will be responsible for the sale and order processing of parts, as well as overseeing the entire process from reception to shipping. They will also optimize warehouse organization, ensure accurate inventory management, and provide excellent customer service.</p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Manage the inventory of service parts and warehouse supplies (min/max).</p></li><li><p>Receive parts and machinery orders (containers).</p></li><li><p>Assemble specific equipment as required.</p></li><li><p>Prepare materials for projects and installations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the shipment of parts and load trucks.</p></li><li><p>Organize items in the yard and maintain clean, orderly premises.</p></li><li><p>Purchase parts from suppliers.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and send quotes and purchase orders to clients.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate parts transport and follow-ups.</p></li><li><p>Accurately identify requested parts using manuals, photos, serial numbers, and customer requests.</p></li><li><p>Maintain up-to-date purchase history to optimize inventory management.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the implementation of procedures and contribute to the development of our ERP (asset).</p></li></ul><strong>Desired Profile</strong><ul><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 2 to 5 years in a service parts department (industrial, agri-food, or agricultural sectors).</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of industrial and agricultural parts. Ability to interpret diagrams, manuals, and catalogs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Mechanical Skills:</strong> Mechanical aptitude is a valuable asset.</p></li><li><p><strong>Computer Skills:</strong> Proficient in Outlook and MS Office.
