*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while performing custodial tasks.
*Duties*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
* Conduct commercial cleaning activities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation are met.
* Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed to management.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from building occupants regarding cleanliness.
* Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning duties within designated time frames.
* Perform heavy lifting as required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is required with min 1 year experience
* Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
* Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Time management skills are crucial for prioritizing tasks effectively while ensuring thoroughness in cleaning duties.
