1. Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations
Lead the front desk and guest services team to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth check-in/out experiences.
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and conflict resolution to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance service quality.
Coordinate facility usage for various events, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

2. Housekeeping & Facilities Management
Oversee housekeeping and room maintenance to maintain cleanliness and high operational standards.
Coordinate with vendors for laundry services, room supplies, and maintenance work to ensure smooth daily operations.
Conduct regular room inspections to uphold brand standards and guest comfort.
Establish and refine operational policies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment
3. Staff Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and manage accommodation service staff, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
Organize structured work schedules and oversee daily responsibilities to maintain seamless hotel operations.
Conduct regular staff training sessions on hospitality service, guest handling, and emergency response.
Implement performance evaluations to ensure efficiency and professionalism among staff.
4. Financial & Resource Management
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and inventory management for hotel supplies and guest amenities. Develop and manage budgets while keeping track of financial performance indicators.
Contribute to pricing strategies and promotional planning to drive revenue growth.
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize procurement costs.
Analyze occupancy rates and financial data to improve revenue management strategies.
Foster relationships with suppliers to secure the best value in materials and services.
Analyze booking trends and financial data to optimize operational strategies.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Safety
Ensure all hotel operations comply with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations.
Implement risk management procedures to safeguard guest and staff well-being.
Monitor PMS (Property Management System) data to ensure accuracy in guest bookings and financial transactions.
