*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to meet customer needs effectively. The Sales Representative will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. *Duties* * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. * Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer service. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand the client base. *Skills* * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Proven experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met effectively. * Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as it enhances communication with diverse clientele. * Experience in outside sales or business development is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
