Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Various locations. Private residence. Tasks: Prepare reports or case histories. Develop, co-ordinate and implement the delivery of specific services within the community. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Target audience: Persons with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Persons with physical disabilities. Security and safety: Bondable. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Willing to travel.
