Working areas:
? Independently drive and manage tasks and projects
? Work at a fast pace while still maintaining exceptional quality in your work
? Capable to follow professional protocols with minimum supervisions.
? Communicate effectively both written and verbally in English and Chinese
? Email and calendar management and meeting schedule setup, this includes Zoom and other types of meeting platforms
? Design digital marketing materials as needed by using tools such as Canva.
? Plan, prioritize, and organize your workload and be flexible based on the needs of the team
? Be proactive and adaptable to changing workloads
? Be team-orientated and enthusiastic
? Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
? Knowledge about the education system (middle school, high school, and College) in the U.S. and U.K. preferred
? Able to work with the working schedule with Eastern Time in the U.S
