Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote the sales of truck accessories, such as tonneau covers, toolboxes , warning lights and hitches
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in the sales of the snowplows, salters and trailers
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Accept payment from customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sales representative in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of phone systems and customer service principles
- Experience in the automotive area would be an asset
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
