We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our accounting team as an accounting clerk. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent numerical skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy, we want to hear from you.
* Manage AR and AP for 5 locations across Canada.
* Accounts and bank reconciliation.
* Receive, and post invoices to the system
* Match Purchase orders with invoices
* Post cash transactions to the system
* Obtain, verify, and post expense reports in a timely manner.
* Update prepaid expense schedules and post monthly amortization to the system
* Record and apply cash/cheque receipts from customers.
* Perform petty cash reconciliation
* Prepare and distribute AR aging reports on a regular basis
* Perform other accounting related duties as needed
*Qualifications*
* 3 years of accounting / account payable experience
* Accounting diploma or certificate
* Attention to details and accuracy
* Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Email etc)
* Communicate clearly in English

* Full time, 40 hours plus available overtime
* Starts from 7:30 AM and ends at 4:00 PM
