We?re currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This key team member will help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. *Key Responsibilities*
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing professional and timely communication
* *Engage in customer-facing sales* and service to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue
* Prepare and send quotes and invoices to clients as needed
* Manage building maintenance requests and coordinate necessary repairs and renos
* Order office supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars
* Schedule and coordinate project installs
* Coordinate team schedules and help ensure seamless collaboration across departments
* Perform other administrative tasks as required including invoicing, quoting and phone
* Represent Fires Alive at local home shows and community events
* Assist with tasks and special job requests from the owner as they arise
*Skills*
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize requests from multiple employees
* Confident explaining tasks and processes to both staff and clients
* Proficient with office software and technology including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive, and Gmail
* Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
* Experience using QuickBooks
