*Job Overview* *About the Role* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Landscaping Supervisor* to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality green space and hardscape projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in softscape and hardscape landscaping, with a minimum of 3 *years hands-on experience* in managing grass, gardens, and landscape construction. As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on residential and/or commercial sites, ensure work is performed safely and to the highest standards, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. *Key Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews on-site. * Interpret and execute landscape design plans including grass installation, planting, mulching, edging, pruning, and hardscaping (paving, patios, retaining walls, etc.). * Ensure timely project delivery within budget. * Train, mentor, and monitor crew members to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards. * Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery. * Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service. * Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked. * Report progress and issues to management regularly. *Requirements* * *Minimum 3 years of experience* in landscaping, with a strong portfolio in grass, garden maintenance, and hardscape installation. * Proven experience in team leadership and crew supervision. * Solid knowledge of horticulture practices, irrigation systems, and outdoor construction. * Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints. * Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. *What We Offer* * Competitive salary: *$45,000 ? $55,000 per year*, based on experience and qualifications. * Opportunities for advancement and ongoing professional development. * Supportive and collaborative team environment. * Company vehicle and tools provided for work purposes. * Health and safety-focused workplace. *This is not an entry level position.
