*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met. * Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and project plans to ensure compliance with specifications. * Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and resource allocations. * Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle. * Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. * Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. * Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics with the ability to translate them into actionable tasks. * Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices. * Experience using construction management software (ProCore, Bluebeam) is preferred. * Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team building and conflict resolution. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control measures.
