*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store. *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide exceptional service. * Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs while effectively upselling additional items. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to assist customers accurately. * Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently. * Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback. * Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is an asset. * Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
