We are committed to delivering top-quality products that offer superior weather protection and enhance the aesthetic appeal of both residential and commercial properties. *Position Summary* We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the full spectrum of our accounting operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing AR/AP, tax filings, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, hands-on leadership experience, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee full-cycle accounting operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance * Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) * Handle tax filings, including HST, payroll deductions, WSIB, T4s, and year-end compliance * Conduct bank reconciliations, process payments, reimbursements, and maintain general ledger entries * Supervise and mentor finance team members to improve accuracy and performance * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives * Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and government agencies for audits and compliance * Provide financial insights and reporting to support business decisions * Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by senior leadership *Qualifications* * Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Canada plus 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role * Proficient in full-cycle bookkeeping, tax reporting, AR/AP, and financial statement preparation * Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle NetSuite is an asset * In-depth understanding of CRA regulations and corporate compliance * Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset * CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA is preferred * Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with strong time management and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $68,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Account management: 2 years (required) Language: * Mandarin (required) * Cantonese (preferred) Work Location: In person
