*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer and Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computers, laptops, tablets and cellphone devices (including both Android and iOS platforms). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobile technology, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective repair services. *Responsibilities* * Diagnose issues with computers, laptops, tablets, consoles and smart phones using analytical skills and technical knowledge. * Perform repairs on various mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery changes, and software updates, ensuring all repairs meet quality standards. * Utilize hand tools and schematics to carry out repairs accurately. * Conduct thorough testing of devices post-repair to ensure functionality. * Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and answering any questions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. * Utilize schematics to understand device layouts and troubleshoot hardware issues effectively. * Perform software troubleshooting on various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Android. * Analyze device performance issues and provide solutions to enhance functionality. * Assist customers with retail sales by providing expert advice on mobile devices and accessories. * Stay updated on the latest technology trends related to mobile devices to provide informed recommendations to customers. *Requirements* * Proficient in analyzing issues related to computers and mobile devices (Android and iOS). * Proven experience (6 months to 2 year) in mobile device repair or a related field is preferred. * Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions. * Experience with software troubleshooting for various operating systems, including Windows, Linux and MacOS. * Familiarity with hand tools used in electronic repairs. * Ability to read and interpret schematics for device assembly and repair. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Micro-soldering and Gaming consoles repair skills will be considered as a valuable assets. NOTE: Prefer work permit holders. Training will be provided on how to perform initial diagnosis and repair as needed.
