*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Assess, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice for paediatric and adult patient populations.
* Assess and treat clients in both virtual and in-home settings.
* Provide client and family centred intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
* Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
* Partner with our client?s family members, caregivers and other health care professionals regarding care goals and service plans.
* Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy using our electronic charting system, in accordance with CASLPO regulations
*Qualifications:*
* Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
* Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
* Proof of Professional Liability Insurance
* Must have a valid driver?s license and the use of a reliable vehicle
* Bilingual or Multi-lingual language skills are an asset
