*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to your success in this role. *Responsibilities* * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. * Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. * Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone systems and in-person interactions. * Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences. * Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently while maintaining accurate records. * Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. * Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
