*What You?ll Do*
* *Work closely with our finance and management teams to support day-to-day office operations*
* *Communicate directly with clients and suppliers?by phone, email, and in person*
* *Track incoming supplier invoices and match them to corresponding BCI purchase orders*
* *Perform general administrative tasks such as digital and paper filing*
* *Provide occasional backup support to our payroll team during staff absences*
* *Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) to manage data, documents, and communications*
