Colourfast Secure Card Technologies has been manufacturing paper and plastic products for over 30 years, and our growth is a direct result of the care, energy and attention to detail that we have invested and delivered to our customers, as well as our employees. We are in need of a Data Processor to help us in our growth. *Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and processing Data to aid in the production of Paper and Plastic Cards. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to insure the quality of our products. *Duties* * Input and update data into databases and systems with a high level of accuracy. * Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring that all information is easily retrievable. * Generate pin, and Bar Code numbers in Sequential order * Generate Variable Data * Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms. * Assist in generating reports from databases * Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and correct errors promptly. * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. *Qualifications* * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications. * Experience with data entry systems and database management preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry. * Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
