This is a great chance to be the initial customer support for the service team by greeting customers, answering phone calls, & performing a full range service dept activities. You will deliver quality work in one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations through positive interactions in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. Responsibilities-Manage customer repair/service/warranty order & reporting-Perform admin duties accurately/efficiently-Field customer inquiries to the Service Dept-Maintain Work In Progress & Product Improvement Program processes-Work with Service Techs to ensure & and accurate customer communication-Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge-Follow all safety regulations-Build positive & productive relationships with all depts Requirements-Previous Service Writer experience-Knowledge of accounting practices-Excellent computer skills in MS Office & internet functions-Positive attitude, attention to detail-Exceptional communication & organizational skills-A minimum Grade 12 education/equivalent-Experience in an ag related field an asset -Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays CONNECT with us today!Whether you're new to this field or experienced in others, we offer continued training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
