Job details
• Complete maintenance tasks using all required tools and materiel to complete the tasks for the bases assigned aircraft.• Conducting scheduled aircraft inspections in accordance with approved procedures.• Troubleshooting and rectifying unscheduled ac unserviceabilities in accordance with approved procedures.• Exercising and documenting in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR's) and the Aircraft Service Directorate (ASD) Maintenance Control Manual (MCM) the nature and extent of all maintenance conducted on Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) aircraft in the appropriate technical records.• Certifying maintenance release for all maintenance tasks that the individual either completed or supervised.• Working with pilots, Coast Guard personnel, ASD HQ personnel to manage and schedule maintenance operations. • Submitting safety and service difficulty issues to the Safety Management System in a clear and concise manner.• Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) per- LocationPrince Rupert, BC
