* The ability to thoroughly explain and sell products to benefit the customer. * Maintains a high percentage level of product penetration. * Working in hand with sales team and managers. * Consistently hits volume and high Gross Profit targets. * Educate customers on the benefits of financing / Leasing versus paying cash * Sell dealer financing and credit life, accident and health insurance * Strong organizational skills & detailed oriented when it comes to paperwork. * Submits financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval * Process all dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct information, taxes, and fees. * Maintains a positive attitude at all times with the team. * Works well in a group environment. * Computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs a must. * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. * A detailed oriented individual. * Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion. * *We offer:* We offer a very competitive compensation & benefits package.
