## Job Overview We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and retail sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy creating beautiful hairstyles, we want to hear from you! ## Duties - Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients - Sanitate work areas and tools to maintain a clean and safe environment - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Perform front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments - Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and sell hair care products - Upsell additional services to clients to enhance their salon experience ## Skills - Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients - Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and trends - Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively - Experience in retail sales is a plus - Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and transactions - Upselling skills to promote additional services and products Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.55-$45.00 per hour Additional pay: * Commission pay * Tips Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Profit sharing * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * hair styling: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationWoodbridge, ON
