AI Risk Oversight will be part of the Data and AI Risk team in Global Risk Management, reporting to the Director ? Data & AI Risk. The Manager is responsible for driving and supporting AI risk related activities and collaborating with risk partners and analytics teams to help deliver the AI Risk Program objectives. The Manager will work with the Senior Manager(s) and Director to ensure that the Bank's exposure to AI risk is effectively identified, measured, monitored and remediated.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Support AI Risk Management Program Plan implementation, including ongoing tracking and monitoring, and assisting with obtaining updates from stakeholders in support of Program Plan deliverables.Assist with the coordination of audit and regulatory updates, including ongoing issue tracking, preparing issue closure documentation, and coordinating material for information requests.Assist in preparation of periodical and ad-hoc reporting to Senior Management, Management Committees, and the Board.Assist with data risk management activities and participate in data risk management oversight where required.Identify and implement process improvements including support in execution of Proof of Concept GRM AI Risk use cases to drive effectiveness and productivity gains.Apply knowledge of analytic solutions and ML/AI to develop processes and practices that ensure risks are properly identified, understood, assessed, reported, and monitored.Contribute to the implementation of the AI Risk Training and Awareness Program plan.Develop strong partnership and work in close alignment with other risk functions and business partners to provide professional advice and guidelines for AI risk mitigation.Manage AI Risk governance documentation and tools (e.g., procedures, EUCs, reporting).May be requested to contribute to second line assessments, including participating in planning, execution, and/or reporting on issues identified.Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment and prioritize team's goals.Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment.Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:Has an undergraduate and/or graduate degree, preferably in a quantitative field, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, data science, technology risk, audit or related areas, with a focus on AI/ML.Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, models, and the end-to-end model development lifecycle.Knowledge of AI risks (e.g., fairness, explainability, privacy, security) and emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act) and frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF).Experience in a testing, validation, or an audit role at a financial institution would be considered an asset.Very good analytical skills, conceptual thinking, systematic problem solving and able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and relationship skills with a proven track record of engaging and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.What's in it for you?An inclusive & collaborative working environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and celebrates success!We offer a competitive rewards package: Performance bonus, Employee Share Ownership Program, and Pension Plan Matching, Health Benefits from day one!Your career matters!
