Volkswagen Moncton is looking to hire an Accounting Coordinator.This is a temporary position starting immediately and ending in July 2026.The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.Responsibilities Code and posting parts invoices Generate monthly A/R statements, and follow-up by email and/or phone calls Post warranty credits on a weekly basis Reconcile parts statements, code and post with A/P Reconcile gas slips and posting expense on a monthly basis Posting Daily: cash receipts, bank entries, sales Daily trips to bank (must be able to drive)Qualifications Completed a post-secondary accounting program at college Previous experience in an accounting role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exercises good judgment and organizational skills Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow Must have a high level of confidentiality Must have a driver's license and a clean abstract- LocationDieppe, NB
