We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbing and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. \*This offer is for barbers that have an existing clientele. *Responsibilities* * Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services according to client preferences and trends. * Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. * Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost retail sales. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. *Experience* * Previous experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred. * Must have an existing clientele. * Strong skills in hair styling, cutting techniques, and grooming services. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Experience in front desk operations or customer service is a plus. * Knowledge of retail sales practices and upselling techniques is desirable.
