*The Role*
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the sales team, and supporting company strategy. You will work closely with ownership and executive leadership, with a clear succession path toward the position of Managing Director.

*Requirements*
* Minimum 5 years? experience in industrial equipment or related technical sales
