*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
* Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems or in-person interactions.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
* Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is advantageous.
