Revitalize Physiotherapy & Rehab is a newly established physiotherapy and wellness clinic opening in Saskatoon, and we?re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you?ll play a key role in shaping the patient experience and helping our team run smoothly from day one.

What You?ll Do
? Greet clients warmly and professionally ? in person, over the phone, and by email
? Schedule appointments and manage the online booking system
? Direct bill insurance companies (including SGI, WCB, and private insurers)
? Process payments and maintain accurate records
? Support physiotherapists and massage therapists with daily operations
? Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and reception area
? Assist with social media posts or light marketing tasks (if interested)

What We?re Looking For
? Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
? Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
? Comfort with technology (booking software, email, etc.)
? Experience in a clinic, spa, or customer service setting is a strong asset
? Familiarity with SGI, WCB, or third-party billing is a plus (training can be provided)
? Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a new, growing clinic
