If you take pride in your work, thrive on solving problems, and want to grow within a dynamic company?we want to hear from you. *What You?ll Do* * Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams * Anticipate and resolve customer issues with a solutions-first mindset * Manage multiple projects and timelines with accuracy * Use internal systems to process orders, update clients, and maintain records * Support decoration and product knowledge sessions to stay current * Contribute to a positive team environment and help us deliver high-impact results *What We?re Looking For* * Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required) * Excellent customer service and phone etiquette * Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills * Comfortable using technology and CRM systems * Sales experience or upselling ability is an asset * Willingness to occasionally commute to Peterborough for training, team building, and product knowledge sessions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Belleville, ON K8P 1B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): * Are you able to work the scheduled 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm Shift * Would you be willing to commute to Peterborough for training as well as Mondays to build a relationship with the rest of the team, maintain decoration knowledge and product knowledge sessions?
