The Ideal Candidate must have: * Minimum 1+ years experience working in a demanding and high-pressure environment, preferably in event/casino/retail security; * *Minimum height of 180 cm and 90 Kg Weight;* * *Smart Serve license* * Professional physical appearance and presentation; * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; * Detailed observation and enhanced report writing skills; * Thrives in a team environment; * High School Diploma required. Post-secondary education is considered an asset; * Open availability; all days of the week consisting of afternoons, evenings, weekend shifts, and holidays; * Experience with understanding and being able to apply the Criminal Code; Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest (Section 494); * De-escalation and conflict resolution skills; Job Types: Part-time Positions. Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: * French not required Licence/Certification: * Ontario Security Guard Licence (required) * Drivers License and Vehicle/Reliable Transportation (required) * First Aid Certification (required) Shift availability: * Evening Shift (preferred) * Overnight Shift (required) Work Location: In person *Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights.
