\*\*Overview:\*\* We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring support. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities - Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, grooming, and medication administration - Create a safe and supportive environment for clients - Engage clients in social and recreational activities - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the living spaces - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior \*\*Experience:\*\* - Experience in dementia care, assisted living, or senior care is preferred - Proficiency in meal preparation and home care tasks - Knowledge of caregiving practices and principles - Familiarity with medication administration procedures - Ability to work effectively in nursing homes or similar environments Join our team of dedicated Support Workers and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
