Your creativity and expertise in hair styling will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences. * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide expert advice on hair care. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings. * Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments. * Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques, products, and tools to provide the best service possible. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. * Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently. * Knowledge of sanitation practices within the salon environment is essential. * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
