*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed. * Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties within specified timeframes. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand specific cleaning needs and address any concerns. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment. * Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury. * Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues promptly. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. * Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks is a plus. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms. * Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while completing cleaning tasks.
