JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse worker duties include but are not limited to accepting and processing incoming stock and materials, picking, packing and shipping orders, maintaining shipping and receiving logs, operating pallet stackers and jacks, operating mail/courier software/machines, heavy lifting, walking/standing for most of shift, and maintaining cleanliness, organization and safety of warehouse. REPORTING TO: Warehouse staff report to Manager of Operations as well as two onsite Distribution Supervisors, who work alongside staff.SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS: No secondary school diploma or equivalency required. Preference will be given to applicants with prior relevant experience. Warehouse staff need to be physically capable, attentive to detail, have good planning and time management skills, and be willing to assume a variety of tasks to keep the warehouse functioning. COMPENSATION: Salary will correspond with experience and will include a complete company benefit package, as well as an annual performance-based bonus.
