The successful candidate will have the following: Educational & Experience Requirements:Graduated with a College Level Diploma.Experience with materials testing and inspection.Experience working with computer assisted drafting (CAD) and surveying is considered an asset.Main Duties:The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:Subgrade and foundation inspections.Supervising a drill rig.Intermittent field testing and sampling of aggregates, soils, concrete, and asphalt.Assisting in training of junior field technicians.Various office, laboratory, and field tasks related to materials testing.Other duties as required.Position:Full Time (37.5 hours per week)Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.The successful candidate will be located in Mississauga, Ontario.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with employer match.Paid time off and holidays.Interested individuals, apply online: https://gemtec.bamboohr.com/careers/229 Thank you for taking the time to consider GEMTEC.
