*Customer Service Representative*

Hammond Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our electronic product group. This role serves as a key contact for customers and distributors, providing technical support and processing orders with efficiency and professionalism.

*Key Responsibilities:*
-Respond to sales and technical inquiries via email, web chat, and telephone.
-Recommend product solutions based on customer requirements.
-Prepare quotations and follow up to close orders.
-Process orders, coordinate lead times, check stock, and expedite deliveries.
-Coordinate product returns and credits.
-Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and shipping teams.
-Use MRP (Sage), CRM, and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks and documentation.
-Proactively resolve issues and support customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications:*
-Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
-Technical aptitude and customer service experience in an industrial sales setting.
-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
