*Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
* Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
* Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
* Supervise and support clerical staff, providing guidance as needed.
* Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
* Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
* Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings and events.
* Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall office functions.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll management systems.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
* Experience in clerical duties and front desk operations.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Familiarity with office management software and tools.
* Knowledge of LMN is an asset
