JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Construction Project Manager Reports To: Operations Manager

General Description:
Directs and coordinates the activities, on a project-by-project basis. Duties are performed utilizing the knowledge of company policies, operations, field techniques and effective business practices to achieve profitable and efficient execution of projects to the satisfaction of the customer. Cooperates and coordinates with other Turris groups to procure tower material and field resources. Arranges for and manages all subcontract arrangements and outside purchases to complete the project as required in a timely and profitable fashion. Provides project estimates, quotes and proposals as necessary in a timely fashion. Other tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Functional Responsibilities:
Planning: Participates in the formulation and administration of schedules and planning for multiple project executions. Participate in developing forecasts and plans for business development and the ultimate success of the business unit.
Directing: Directs and coordinates between Turris departments to achieve required project results and meet specifications. Manage all external subcontracts and purchases to effectively meet project needs and coordinate with internal resources. Delegate the various operational responsibilities as appropriate. Participate in the development and implementation of quality and safety policies and procedures. Staffing: Participate in the recruitment of personnel for the organization.
Controlling: Reviews and analyzes activities, costs and other operating parameters to determine profitable project implementation. Interface with all other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Responsible for profit and loss for all projects assigned.
Monitoring: Reviews and assists in developing operating methods for projects and project administration. Confers with the Operations Manager to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions. Regularly updates operational performance on a project-by-project basis as required. Reports to clients as and when required to update their schedules and planning.
Relations: Interfaces with clients and promotes the development and growth of our business. Conducts sales calls and visits. Promotes positive human relations between all the business units. Participates in meetings and planning sessions as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
