The successful candidate will support our projects by providing high-quality research, analysis, and strategic recommendations. We are looking for a skilled researcher with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills to contribute to our projects across a variety of sectors.Responsibilities:Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using a range of methodologies (data analysis, stakeholder engagement, secondary research) to gather insights and data to inform client strategies.Analyze research findings and synthesize them into clear summariesAssist in the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations, and visualizations for clients.Support the design and execution of research activities such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and case studies.Support business development activities, including preparing proposals and conducting market research.Help develop tailored research approaches and methodologies for specific client needs.Contribute to strategic insights and recommendations that guide clients in addressing key challenges.Work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.Qualifications:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in social sciences, humanities, economics, business, public administration, or related fields. Experience or interest in areas such as systems transformation, economic development, or social policy is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data analysis software.
