*Responsibilities*:
* Your main role is to excel in your craft of installation (Wrap/PPF/Tint) all dissasembly and prep are done by other members of the team.
* Expert installation of *Paint Protection Film (PPF)* for luxury and high-end vehicles. Precut (CORE Software provided) and Bulk installation. Most installs we do a hybrid method of cut/bulk.
* Vinyl Wrap application for both *color changes* and *commercial graphics*.
* Professional *Window Tinting* installation, ensuring quality and precision, Graphtec 9000 plottor and CORE software available on site. We are a SunTek certified shop
* *Train Apprentices*: Share your expertise by mentoring and guiding junior staff to develop their skills.
* Assist with *general shop tasks* when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain the high-quality standards AutoCore is known for.
* Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the workshop.
* Provide exceptional customer service, contributing to a top-notch client experience.

*Requirements*:
* *Experience*: Proven track record in *PPF installation*, *Vinyl Wraps*, and *Window Tinting* (minimum 2 years preferred).
* *Training Ability*: Comfortable mentoring and training apprentices to maintain company standards.
* *Attention to Detail*: Ability to deliver flawless finishes with precision.
* *Professionalism*: Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
* *Team Player*: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
* *Versatility*: Flexible to assist with other shop tasks as required.
* *Vehicle Enthusiasm*: Passion for automotive customization and high-end vehicles.
* Ability to be comfortable with recording Social Media videos and collaborating with our media department.
