We?re hiring a *Pastry Chef* to support our pastry kitchen and contribute to high-quality desserts for events across Montreal. This is a great opportunity to build your pastry skills in a professional kitchen alongside a talented and experienced team.
*Position Overview:*
Do you have a love for pastry and an eye for detail? We?re looking for a Pastry Chef who can work efficiently, take direction well, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace. You?ll work under the guidance of our Patissier and support day-to-day pastry production.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist with daily preparation of doughs, batters, fillings, and other components
* Execute recipes *accurately*, including baking and finishing desserts
* Maintain a tidy and well-stocked station throughout the day
* Work closely with the Patissier and pastry team during prep and service
* Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
* Assist with labeling, packing, and storing baked goods and ingredients
* Help receive, unpack, and organize kitchen deliveries as needed
*What We?re Looking For:*
* 1?2 years of pastry or kitchen experience preferred
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
* Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable and based in Greater Montreal with full-time availability
