_*Location: Toronto *__| Full-Time | Logistics & Distribution_ *Overview* We are a rapidly growing parcel delivery company seeking a *Warehouse Supervisor* to manage daily warehouse operations and lead a small but dynamic warehouse team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of our logistics operations. *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, parcel handling, storage, and maintaining cleanliness. * Lead and manage warehouse staff with scheduling, training, and performance reviews. * Check incoming parcels against shipping documents and handle address errors or damaged items. * Enforce safety procedures and provide training to ensure a safe work environment. * Coordinate with internal teams or external partners to ensure on-time dispatch and resolve any delivery issues. * Review sorting errors, track efficiency, and suggest improvements. * Prepare regular performance reports and recommend operational enhancements. * Monitor warehouse expenses and identify ways to cut costs and improve workflows. * Ensure equipment is well-maintained, schedule inspections, and arrange repairs as needed. *Requirements* * 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations * Proven leadership and team supervision experience * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with forklift operation; certification is preferred but not required at hiring (training can be provided). * Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Basic English required; *additional languages such as Mandarin / Cantonese are a plus* * Forklift certification is an asset (optional) * Valid First Aid certification and/or Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) training/certification is a strong asset(optional) *How to Apply:* Please email your resume and a brief introduction to: hiring@emileps.com Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor where you can make an impact by leading our operations towards greater efficiency and success!
