Newmarket, Ontario | Full-Time 11 Aesthetics, a premier medical aesthetics spa in Newmarket, is seeking a confident and client-focused Sales Representative who specializes in aesthetic treatment packages. This is a unique opportunity to join a luxury-driven, high-performance team where your passion for skincare, personal wellness, and client transformation meets your sales talent. Role Summary: As our Aesthetic Sales Representative, you?ll be responsible for guiding clients through our advanced treatment offerings?from initial consultation through to long-term care planning. You?ll work closely with our skin experts and clinical team to build custom packages that meet client goals, and you?ll be rewarded for delivering both value and results. Your Key Responsibilities: * Warmly welcome and consult clients on their skin and body goals * Recommend customized treatment packages based on needs and clinical recommendations (e.g., facials, RF, body contouring, B-Pulse, etc.) * Present and explain VIP memberships, package pricing, and promotions * Follow up on client inquiries, leads, and consultations (including no-shows or ?thinking about it? clients) * Maintain high close rates through education, confidence, and relationship building * Support front desk with rebooking and client retention strategies * Maintain records using CRM / booking platforms (Vagaro or equivalent) What You Bring: * 2+ years of sales experience in a spa, beauty, luxury retail, or aesthetics environment * Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics services (or quick ability to learn them) * Polished communication and confidence in recommending high-ticket services * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about client results * Fluent in follow-up strategies and creating loyal client relationships Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive hourly base + tiered commission on sales * Complimentary staff treatments & exclusive discounts * Sales training and mentorship in the aesthetics industry * Beautiful, high-end work environment and professional brand culture * Opportunities to grow into client experience leadership roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Additional pay: * Commission pay * Retention bonus Benefits: * On-site parking * Store discount Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Cosmetic treatments sales: 3 years (required) * Aesthetic treatments: 3 years (required) Location: * Newmarket, ON L3Y 9A4 (required) Work Location: In person
