Our passion for hospitality and our commitment to Guest service starts with the people we employ. *This position includes complimentary accommodation in staff housing!* We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our TEAM! We would like someone with 2 years of supervisor experience, and 5 years of food & beverage experience. This position is for our Seagull's Restaurant as well as some shifts in our Banquet Department when needed. *This position includes tip-out as well as Banquet Gratuities!* We are looking to hire a guest-oriented candidate to ensure that our F&B operations run smoothly. The responsibilities include overseeing the activities of front of house staff, bartending, handling guest & employee issues, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with employees. This position is the Department Leader when the F&B Manager is not on site. Staff housing is only 1.5 kilometres drive from the resort, or a 10 ? 15 minute walk taking a short-cut through our golf course.
