Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Large volume bakery. Food processing plant. Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Bake mixed dough and batters. Prepare special orders. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Operate machinery. Operate cleaning machines. Food specialties: Breads and rolls. Equipment and machinery experience: Production machinery. Area of work experience: Production. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Hand-eye co-ordination. Handling heavy loads. Manual dexterity. Overtime required. Physically demanding.
