We're hiring a Senior Human Resources Generalist (Sr. HRG) to join our Client's Saskatoon team. In this critical role, you'll partner closely with the local General Manager to shape a collaborative, high-performing workplace aligned with company values and business objectives. You'll be responsible for leading core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, leadership coaching, succession planning, and change management-while helping to drive cultural transformation and compliance excellence across the operation. What You'll Do Lead HR programs related to talent development, staffing, retention, succession planning, diversity, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
