Core Technical Competencies Lean ManufacturingHands-on experience with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Poka-Yoke) Proven track record of identifying and eliminating waste Ability to implement process optimization strategies Six SigmaFamiliarity with DMAIC methodology Skilled in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) Able to lead or support Green Belt-level improvement initiatives Production Systems EngineeringExpertise in line balancing and takt time optimization Workstation and layout design proficiency Conducting time and motion studies Capacity planning and bottleneck analysis Material Flow & Supply Chain SupportKnowledge of intralogistics and material handling systems Experience supporting- LocationEdmonton, AB
